On August 28, CLDP, in partnership with Iraq's Vis Moot Association and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR), hosted a virtual reunion with over 40 members of the National Vis Moot Association of Iraq.

On August 25-26, 2020, CLDP, in collaboration with the Honduran Ministries of Customs and Economy, will continue a three-part virtual workshop series on Advance Ruling Best Practices.

CLDP, in close collaboration with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Privatization, developed a guide for the international standard for Public Private Partnership contract provisions for the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

On August 19-21, 2020, CLDP launched Phase I of the 2020-21 Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot (the Vis Moot) with four Burmese universities. The Vis Moot is the premier commercial law moot in the event.

CLDP, in close collaboration with the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Center, conducted legislative drafting consultations for lawmakers in Kuwait to finalize a new Arbitration Law for Kuwait.
