On June 17-18, 2019, CLDP will conduct a workshop in Marrakech, Morocco on the implementation of Morocco’s new bankruptcy law, which was passed last year. Prior to the passing of the new law, bankruptcy had presented a significant legal risk for U.S.

On June 19-20, CLDP joined a twelve member USG delegation that participated in a U.S./Sri Lanka Trade Investment Framework Council Meeting.

On May 28-29, CLDP, in coordination with the General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP) organized a workshop to discuss the creation of a new certification program for contracting personnel.

As part of CLDP’s on-going assistance to the GOU on trade facilitation, CLDP supported Customs – Advance Rulings (Valuation) Workshop on May 16-17 in Kyiv, Ukraine. The two-day workshop proved a resounding success marked by high attendance

On May 15, 2019, CLDP & ITA conducted a workshop on Best Practices: Implementing a 60-day Notice and Comment Process” for approximately 30 representatives of the Salvadoran Customs Administration (DGA).
