On December 1-2, 2017, CLDP, in partnership with The High School of Justice (HSOJ) and Embassy Tbilisi, held a two-day workshop on insolvency law in Tbilisi, Georgia. The workshop was led by  U.S.

On November 29, CLDP lead a roundtable for Georgian government officials to discuss the country’s current legal framework on insolvency. The workshop was held in Tbilisi, Georgia with the support of the U.S.

On November 20, CLDP and the U.S. Foreign Commercial Service met with high-level officials from the Palestinian Attorney General’s Office and the Higher Judicial Council to determine next steps for CLDP’s technical assistance on intellectual property (IP) in the West Bank.

On November 19, CLDP and the U.S. Foreign Commercial Service met with the Palestinian Legislative Review Committee for Competition Law to review a recently updated draft law that was requested by the prime minister.
