CLDP Chief Counsel Stephen Gardner and Attorney Advisor Mais Abousy travelled to Jerusalem and Ramallah on April 24-27 to begin implementation of CLDP’s new program with the Palestinian Authority.

CLDP in collaboration with the Federal Judicial Center (FJC) and the U.S. Embassy Kyiv hosted a Workshop on Transparent & Efficient Commercial Court Administration.

From April 17 – May 19, 2017, CLDP sponsored one fellowship recipient from the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) staff to spend a month working as an integral member of the Bureau of Competition team at the Federal Trade Commission.
