On October 9 and 10, CLDP held a conference, in cooperation with the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Center, on recent developments and best practices in international arbitration.

On October 5-11, 2016, representatives from the Trade Policy Office (TPO) of Iraq's Ministry of Trade visited Washington, D.C. for consultations on trade policy analysis and trade facilitation.

On October 4-13, 2016, CLDP conducted a U.S. study tour for a 15-member delegation representing 12 Pakistani universities that are interested in establishing or have early start-up Offices of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORICs).

CLDP supported Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) delegation to attend Trade Policy Review (TPR) Committee meetings in Geneva, Switzerland.
