On January 24, CLDP, in partnership with Visa, conducted a workshop for the three main women-owned business associations in the Dominican Republic (DR). The workshop featured experts from Visa-DR who discussed tools and skills to grow from a small to a medium-sized business.

From January 17 to 20, CLDP held a workshop on stakeholder engagement for digital trade related policymaking for participants from the government and non-government sectors from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and the United States.

Under the Central Asia Women’s Economic Empowerment project, CLDP supported a year-long mentorship initiative for a group of Central Asian women artisans eager to scale their small enterprises and expand regional trade.
