Gabriela Levikow is an Attorney-Advisor (International) with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce. She works on programs primarily in the Western Balkans and Eastern Europe.

Prior to joining CLDP, Ms. Levikow was a dispute resolution associate in the Washington, DC office of an international law firm, where she worked on litigation matters, investigations, and regulatory guidance regarding data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and sanctions. 

Ms. Levikow received her J.D. and LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law, where she participated in the International Human Rights Clinic. Ms. Levikow received her B.A. in History with Honors in International Security Studies from Stanford University. She is licensed to practice law in Washington, DC.
