From June 1-5 in Faro, Portugal, CLDP led a Study Tour on Fostering an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Tunisia through Effective Technology Transfer Offices. The program was attended by 11 researchers and managers from technology transfer offices from throughout Tunisia.

On May 27-29, CLDP and USAID held a workshop with the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of National Planning and Development and the Attorney-General’s office on drafting a public procurement law. This workshop built off of a previous work that CLDP co-hosted on public procurement last July.

CLDP, in partnership with the Public Institution Centers for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of the Federation of BiH (FBiH) and Republika Srpska (RS), held workshops on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), which included Arbitration, Mediation, and Court Settlement, in both Sarajevo and Ban

In partnership with the High School of Justice Training Center of Georgia, CLDP held a workshop on Bankruptcy, Liquidation and Intellectual Property Considerations in Bankruptcy Proceedings in Tbilisi, Georgia.

In partnership with the Justice Academy of Armenia, CLDP held a workshop on Bankruptcy, and Liquidation and Intellectual Property Considerations in Bankruptcy Proceedings in Yerevan, Armenia.
