From October 28-31, CLDP, in coordination with the University of Tuzla and Association ARBITRI, conducted a Workshop on Written Arguments for 44 students from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Kosovo participating in the Willem C. Vis Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition.

On October 26, CLDP, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, hosted a hybrid workshop on regional best practices in emergency procurement.

On October 25, CLDP conducted a workshop on how to effectively centralize procurements of services for Peru’s centralized procurement agency (Peru Compras).

From October 20-22, 2023, CLDP facilitated a Fall Course on International Commercial Arbitration in Warsaw, Poland, hosted by SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

On October 19, CLDP, together with experts from the WTO’s Institute for Training and Technical Cooperation, conducted a workshop for food safety officials from Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Health in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
