On April 30-May 1, CLDP, in partnership with the National Foundation for Science and Advanced Technologies of Armenia (NFSAT), held a Capacity Building in Innovation and Technology Transfer Workshop, at the State Engineering University in Yerevan.

As part of CLDP's ongoing assistance ot the Iraqi judiciary to develop its new specialized commercial courts, CLDP organized a consultation in Dubai from April 22-26 on case management, alternative dispute resolution, the enforcement of arbitral awards and service of process in commercial cases.

CLDP hosted consultations in Washington, D.C. from April 18-27, 2012 on Commercial Diplomacy and World Trade for a delegation of ten officials from Georgia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development (MOESD).

As part of its continued collaboration with the State Customs Service of Ukraine, CLDP conducted the third of a series of workshops on specific issues and procedures in customs valuation and post audit valuation on April 17-20, 2012 in Kyiv.

At the request of the Government of Iraq, CLDP organized a two-day seminar in Dubai on international arbitration in cooperation with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
