CLDP outlined recommendations and next steps at a USAID-organized Public-Private Dialog regarding Georgia’s ongoing reform of its Collective Management Organizations (CMOs).

From December 5 – 6, 2022, CLDP, together with the U.S. Embassy, held a two day workshop in Nairobi for 25 officials from the Kenyan Communications Authority (CA) as well as representatives from local providers.

On December 2 – 5, CLDP, in collaboration with Power Africa’s East Africa Energy Program (EAEP), held a review workshop and hosted the APM Group (APMG) Execution Level Exam in Mombasa, Kenya.

CLDP co-sponsored and participated in a public-private Working Group meeting on Insolvency Reform in coordination with Georgia’s Business Rehabilitation and Insolvency Practitioners Association (BRIPA).
