On November 8-9, CLDP conducted a workshop with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Morocco’s Customs Ministry to highlight e-commerce best practices. The workshop focused on the $800 de minimis threshold and how it supports e-commerce growth.

From November 7 to 11, CLDP hosted delegations from Bangladesh and the Maldives for a U.S. port sector consultation tour in New Orleans, Louisiana.

On November 3, CLDP, in coordination with the Dominican General Directorate for Ethics and Government Integrity (DIGEIG), conducted its first workshop for the Dominican government on best practices in safeguarding ethics and integrity principles.

From November 1-3, 2022, CLDP, together with experts from Ag Aligned Global, will conduct a workshop for food safety officials from Sri Lanka’s Plant Protection and Quarantine Division, Ministry of Health, and Standards Institute in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

From October 31 to November 4, CLDP hosted delegations from Bangladesh, Nepal, and the Maldives for a Public Private Partnership (PPP) consultative tour through Washington D.C., New York City, and Sacramento. The consultations focused on project development in the U.S.
