On March 23-24, CLDP will provide a workshop on Life Cycle Cost Analysis for the Office of the Investment Board of Nepal (OIBN). The workshop will provide fundamentals of Life Cycle Cost Analysis that will provide OIBN a foundation to develop its own framework for analysis. The program will consist of instructional sessions combined with practical exercise sessions on life-cycle cost analysis. CLDP will engage experts from the United States to conduct the program for government employees and consultants. The experts will discuss the benefits of life-cycle cost analysis and how to conduct the analysis. By the conclusion of the program, participants should be able to identify the importance of life-cycle cost analysis prior to the implementation of a project, and the steps that need to be taken to properly conduct a life-cycle cost analysis.
