On November 14 and 15, CLDP Attorney-Advisor Arezo Yazd spoke on the importance of intellectual property rights (IPR) and strengthening IPR regimes to promote entrepreneurship in Bahrain. Ms. Yazd spoke at the Bahrain Businesswomen Society Annual Forum, gathering 300 participants from across the Middle East, on how women entrepreneurs can protect their IPR. As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, CLDP also spoke at the Bahrain Stock Exchange on IPR and new technologies. CLDP’s IP programming in Bahrain seeks to protect the IPR of local and international companies and spur innovation.
