On June 20-21, CLDP virtually supported a two-day workshop for a Working Group consisting of judges, private sector representatives, academics, and an Intellectual Property (IP) Institute representative gathered to work on an update of an existing IP Benchbook which was originally completed in 2013. This initial in-person meeting is a follow-up to monthly virtual meetings and was used as a platform for idea exchange and drafting exercise. The Working Group is designed to facilitate collaboration among the RS and Federation entities, as well as to encourage private sector, Institute, and judiciary collaboration. In addition, the goal of the Benchbook update is to have an updated manual that can then be used as a reference point and an educational tool to boost IP capacity in BiH.
