Commercial Law Judicial Conference In Bahrain

CLDP conducted a seminar in Bahrain to educate judges on the country's new Company Code that is currently being drafted and is scheduled to be published mid 2006. The seminar also educated the judges on international norms and practices, which along with the tenets of the new Code will have to become a part of the judiciary's lexicon if they are to competently preside over future commercial cases.
