Commercial Law Seminar for Judges in Manama

CLDP conducted a judicial commercial law conference to educate the judiciary on the new Company Law that the Bahrain Ministry of Industry and Commerce is currently drafting. The conference featured speakers from government, academia, private law firms and international organizations to discuss recent international commercial law developments. This program is part of CLDP's goal of emphasizing the need for legislative rule of law reform within the Middle East region in order to facilitate more liberalized trade with the region.
