In advance of an Afghan trade mission to the U.S. that is being coordinated DOC’s Iraq and Afghanistan Investment and Reconstruction Task Force, CLDP provided a “primer” for Afghan businesses selected for the trade mission on what to expect and how to prepare for the trade mission. Accordingly, on September 26, CLDP attorneys and its experts conducted a one-day workshop with the Afghan businesses on what to expect in planned matchmaking sessions with the participating U.S. companies and on the basics of international business partnerships.
