CLDP is currently working with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to develop a technology transfer program for technology incubators (cités d’innovation et transfert technologique) at public universities in Morocco. CLDP conducted an initial assessment to identify capacity building needs that will inform online training modules for incubator managers and staff.  The first module will focus on technology valuation and additional training topics include negotiation of licensing agreements as well as market research and assessment. By strengthening the capacity of technology incubators in Morocco, CLDP aims to promote an academic ecosystem that fosters technology-based innovation and entrepreneurship.
