Nepal: Life Cycle Cost Analysis Workshop

On March 23-24, CLDP held a workshop on Life-Cycle Cost Analysis for the Office of the Investment Board of Nepal (OIBN). OIBN oversees large infrastructure projects in the country, and they aspire to implement life-cycle cost analyses as a step to assessing major infrastructure projects for its pipeline. Implementation of life-cycle cost analyses will assist OIBN in determining the total cost of a project over time. CLDP’s life cycle cost programming for OIBN will include two in-person workshops and the delivery of detailed case studies providing practical examples on the topic.
