On August 16-17 CLDP and the Nepal Bar Association (NBA) conducted consultations for private sector attorneys on the establishment of a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program in the country.

On August 7-15, CLDP, in cooperation with the General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP), hosted three workshops focused on best practices in the implementation of value for money procurement principles.

On August 7, CLDP, in cooperation with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP), supported the launch of a new guidebook for government agencies on utilizing value for money principles in public procurement.

From July 27-28, CLDP, in partnership with USAID, led the Trans-Caspian Trade Route (TCTR) event in Tbilisi, Georgia, focused on improving coordination among the public and private sector representatives involved in the promotion of TCTR to identify viable multimodal scenarios for its utilization

From July 19 – 21, CLDP kicked off the 2023 – 2024 Vis Moot Season with the first Summer Course on International Commercial Arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, hosted by the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
