From 16-18, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) hosted a Workshop on Combatting Piracy and Counterfeiting in Kosovo.

On March 26-27, CLDP hosted a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project Structuring workshop with the Office of the Investment Board of Nepal (OIBN) to support their upcoming Investment Summit in April. The workshop discussed PPP structures, risk, and types of project agreements.
