On April 13-14, 2016, CLDP conducted a Workshop for the Arbitration Court of the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH Arbitration Court). The Workshop was the first installment in a capacity-building program between the Arbitration Court of the Foreign Trade Chamber and CLDP.

CLDP partnered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and with Georgia's National Intellectual Property Center (Sakpatenti) and organized a 4-day course on Trademark Examination for Sakpatenti trademark examiners.

CLDP hosted a high-level delegation from the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) in Washington, DC from April 4-8 for a Program on Best Practices in Competition and Consumer Protection Law Policy and Enforcement.  The delegates participated in the American Bar Association 2016 Antitrust Spri

On March 30-31, CLDP led a training on legislative drafting at the Bahrain National Assembly for members (MPs), staff and legal advisors of the Council of Representatives. During the March 30 training for 12 MPs and 10 of their legal staff, CLDP expert-advisors discussed U.S.

On March 28-29, CLDP organized a training with experts Judge Jed Rakoff and Judge Denise Cote, each senior judges sitting on the District Court for the Southern District of New York,  for 23 Bahraini judges in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice’s Judicial and Legal Studies Institute (JLSI)
