CLDP, in close collaboration with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Privatization, developed a guide for the international standard for Public Private Partnership contract provisions for the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

In June and July, 2020, CLDP and experts from the Ethics Law and Programs Division (ELPD) of the U.S. Department of Commerce Office of the Assistant General Counsel for Administration and Transactions (AD-TRAX), working in collaboration with the U.S.

On August 10, 2020, CLDP and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) will host a webinar on U.S.-Pakistan Trade and the U.S. Generalized System of Preferences (GSP).

On August 6, CLDP, in collaboration with the Nepal Renewable Energy Program (NREP) and the Renewable Energy Confederation of Nepal, conducted a webinar on project finance for local Nepalese financial institutions.

On August 5 and 6, CLDP and the Maldives International Arbitration Center launched the Willem C. Vis Moot (Vis Moot) Program in the Maldives with 12 students from two universities: the Maldives National University and the Villa College.
