From March 21-22, 2017, CLDP conducted a Competition Law Workshop on Abuse of Dominance for the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP). CCP has been identified by U.S.

CLDP co-hosted a Workshop on Facilitating the Export of Handicrafts in Rabat, Morocco from March 21-22, 2017, in coordination with Morocco's Maison de l'Artisan.

CLDP in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agriculture, supported the travel of the Government of Ukraine (GOU) delegation to the Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Committee Meeting that took place on March 20-23, 2017 at WTO Secretaria

CLDP hosted a delegation of franchising stakeholders from Algeria and Tunisia, including government officials and private-sector representatives, in Paris, France from March 17-19, 2017, for a workshop and expo visit focused on international franchising.

From March 14-17, CLDP organized a workshop in Singapore for an interagency delegation of Bahraini officials to develop a new legal framework for bankruptcy. Bahrain does not currently allow for company reorganization and limits the role of creditors in the liquidation process.
