Alle Tyler

Attorney-Advisor (International)

Alle Tyler is an Attorney-Advisor (International) with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce. She works on the Europe & Eurasia team, focusing on the Balkans. 

Prior to joining CLDP, Ms. Tyler was a Litigation Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in their New York office. She focused on complex commercial litigation, appellate litigation, and the representation of sovereigns and sovereign-owned entities in cross-border disputes. 

Ms. Tyler graduated with a dual MA/J.D. from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and Georgetown University Law Center. At SAIS, she specialized in international economics and European and Eurasian studies. At Georgetown, she was a Global Law Scholar, a member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution team, and the Mentoring Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. Ms. Tyler holds a B.S. summa cum laude from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. 

Ms. Tyler is admitted to practice in New York and D.C. and is fluent in Spanish.
