Daniel Tully is an Attorney-Advisor (International) with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he works on Asia-Pacific programs.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Tully practiced transactional law at two global law firms and served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. military. Mr. Tully earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School, an LL.M. in Chinese Law from Tsinghua University School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from Northwestern University. Mr. Tully is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois. He speaks Spanish and Chinese.
