Sydney Dinenberg

International Program Specialist

Sydney Dinenberg is an International Program Specialist with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP). She works primarily on Women's Economic Empowerment (WEE) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) portfolios in Central Asia, as well as Procurement matters in Dominican Republic.

Prior to working at CLDP, Ms. Dinenberg served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic, where she worked in the areas of primary literacy and early education. While in the Dominican Republic, Ms. Dinenberg partnered with the Ministry of Education to design a variety of reading programs and literacy-focused teacher professional development initiatives, implemented throughout the region of Elias Piña.

Ms. Dinenberg received an MSEd from the University of Pennsylvania in International Educational Development, where she focused on program monitoring and evaluation and early childhood education. She received a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University, with a concentration in international security. She speaks fluent Spanish.
