On June 14-18 in New York, CLDP, in cooperation with FCS, conducted a comprehensive franchise program for a 20-member delegation of prospective franchise investors from Georgia and Iraq.  The delegation engaged in interactive sessions lead by franchise experts and met with U.S. franchisors during a two-day workshop. The training focused on the legal and commercial framework necessary for franchising, including an introduction to the concept of franchising, how to negotiate and evaluate a master franchise, and the fundamental terms and conditions of a master franchising agreement. Following the training, the delegation participated in the 2016 International Franchise Expo from June 18-20, where they interacted with more than 400 franchise exhibitors.
