Bangladesh Ministry of Shipping Webinar

In collaboration with the Bangladesh Ministry of Shipping (MoS), CLDP held a webinar on basic public-private partnership (PPP) concepts for MoS employees. PPPs are not well understood within the MoS and the MoS authorities, requiring capacity building initiatives to successfully implement port and shipping PPP projects. During the webinar participants learned about the differences between traditional procurement and PPP Procurement, types of PPPs, and the advantages and disadvantages of PPP implementation.
