From October 20-21, CLDP held a workshop focused on Strategic Infrastructure Planning with officials from Karnali Province and representatives from other relevant central government ministries. The workshop covered topics related to organizational structure, project selection, project management, and project delivery options. Participants will apply lessons learned within their ministries when formulating plans for infrastructure development at both the national and sub-national levels. CLDP’s programming in Nepal is part of its ongoing technical assistance under the Infrastructure Transaction and Assistance Network.
