From April 22-26, CLDP organized consultations in New York and Washington D.C. for a delegation from the Office of the Attorney General of Thailand (OAG). The consultations included meetings with private practitioners, academic institutions, arbitral institutions, and government entities that specialize in investor-state dispute settlements (ISDS). Through focused discussions and training on how arbitral disputes are managed from the perspective of practitioners and institutions, the OAG delegation is better equipped to improve the environment for ISDS in Thailand.
