From October 14-16, CLDP, in partnership with Georgetown University Law Center, will conduct the Infrastructure Contracts Certificate Course. The course is part of the Quad Infrastructure Fellowships Program to encourage sustainable infrastructure development and foster opportunities for foreign direct investment. Developed in collaboration with Georgetown, the Certificate Program consists of seven modules comprising 120 hours of online and in-person instruction on the drafting and negotiation of infrastructure contracts. This will be the second cohort from Philippines, with the first taking place in September 2023.
