From February 3-7, CLDP, in partnership with Abu Dhabi Global Market, the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution, the University of Pittsburgh’s Center for International Legal Education, and United Arab Emirates University, will conduct the 15th Annual MENA Vis Pre-Moot in Abu Dhabi. The Pre-Moot is an annual interactive training program focused on international commercial arbitration and geared toward law students from under-represented markets and countries. The Vis Moot helps prepare a cadre of ADR practitioners and promotes a culture of arbitration, thereby improving contracts enforcement around the world.
