On March 27-31, CLDP conducted a workshop for the Attorney General’s Office of the Maldives (AGO) focused on Alternative Dispute Resolution and International Trade & Investment. The workshop is part of a series of programming for the AGO covering topics related to infrastructure development and investment. The workshop included sessions pertaining to arbitration, mediation, negotiations, and free-trade agreements. CLDP’s programming with the AGO seeks to encourage sustainable infrastructure development and foster opportunities for foreign direct investment as part of the Indo-Pacific Strategy’s Infrastructure Transaction and Assistance Network.
