CLDP, in collaboration with the Armenia’s Corporate Governance Center (CGC) and the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) – Armenia, conducted a one-day program on August 16, 2024, to mark the completion by yet another cohort of CGC’s 3-month “Armenian Women on Boards of Directors” training. The event featured speakers and panels to discuss the economic and other benefits of Board diversity and related requirements under Armenia’s update Corporate Governance Code.
