On January 12, CLDP, in cooperation with the Bahrain Judicial and Legal Studies Institute, conducted a workshop on international best practices for lawyers in insolvency cases. Utilizing the framework of Bahrain’s new insolvency law, that allows for company reorganization, the workshop discussed how experienced lawyers manage the complex process of litigating insolvency cases. An effectively implemented insolvency law in Bahrain will allow struggling companies to reorganize and provide a better return on investment for creditors.
