Bangladesh: Alternative Dispute Resolution Workshop

For countries looking to attract foreign investment, use of alternative dispute resolution is critical. On July 16, 2023, CLDP, in partnership with the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC), hosted a workshop on Alternative Dispute Resolution for law students in #Bangladesh to help develop a better understanding of arbitration and mediation in the country.

Participants discussed the arbitration agreement, proceedings, awards and enforcement, as well as mediation. The workshop also included a case study for participants to hone their skills.
