CLDP will hold a webinar on the adjudication of insolvency cases for the Georgian judiciary. The webinar will consist of recorded presentations, live discussions, and interactive case studies.  This webinar will build the capacity of Georgian judges to interpret Georgia’s new insolvency law in a manner that is consistent with international practices.  Judicial training is critical as the new law increases opportunities for companies to reorganize rather than liquidate.
