Commercial Law in Transition

The Middle East Partnership Initiatives sponsored a commercial law conference in Doha, Qatar on March 13 & 14, 2006 to address commercial legal reforms in the Middle East. "Commercial Law in Transition" was presented by the US Department of Commerce Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in conjunction with the Qatar Ministry of Economy and Commerce and the Qatar Ministry of Justice. This conference brought international commercial law experts and regional policy makers together to discuss the application of international standards in commercial laws.
