On September 16-18, CLDP and the Competition Protection Commission of Armenia (CPC) conducted an expert roundtable on digital markets regulation and enforcement in the Republic of Armenia. This roundtable was the culmination of several months of work undertaken by CLDP, CPC, and competition experts from the U.S. and EU on a gap analysis report covering Armenia’s current legal and regulatory framework as applied to digital markets. In addition to discussing the existing legal framework in the U.S., EU, and Republic of Armenia, the assembled participants identified recommendations and next steps for the CPC and Republic of Armenia partners to ensure competition in Armenian digital markets going forward.
