On October 26 – 28, CLDP, in cooperation with the University of Pittsburgh’s Center for International Legal Education and the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, will host a comprehensive legal writing and research program in Cairo, Egypt, for law school teams set to compete in the 30th Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vis Moot). CLDP, through an extensive 7-month program (Pre-Moot Program), supports law school teams from the Middle East, as well as Africa and South Asia, prepare and compete in the prestigious competition that aims to improve the practice and enforcement of international commercial arbitration. This program represents Phase 2 of 4 of the Pre-Moot Program and will support teams develop legal memorandums required as part of their submission to the Vis Moot.
