Kuwait – Insolvency Judicial Capacity Building   

CLDP in close cooperation with the Kuwait Supreme Council for Planning and Development (SCPD) and the Kuwait Institute for Judicial and Legal Studies (IJLS) conducted a workshop for Kuwaiti judges regarding basic elements of insolvency adjudication including opening an insolvency case, protecting debtors and creditors, managing court appointed experts such as accountants and trustees and other issues germane to insolvency cases.
