On August 21-23, CLDP conducted a workshop with the Lao PDR Ministry of Justice on international commercial arbitration with a focus on case studies and practices. The workshop covered jurisdiction, pleadings, document production, interim relief, and cross examination. Participants engaged in various case studies throughout the sessions to apply what they have learned.
