FIDIC Contracts Workshop AGO Maldives

On June 13-14, CLDP conducted a workshop on FIDIC Contracts for the Attorney General’s Office of the Maldives (AGO). The Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC) produces standard-form contracts that are widely used in the construction and engineering industry for international projects. The workshop included sessions on key elements in reviewing FIDIC contracts, effective claim management, and dispute resolution. CLDP’s programming with the AGO seeks to encourage sustainable infrastructure development and foster opportunities for foreign direct investment
