On December 4-5, CLDP conducted a workshop on international commercial arbitration for the Mongolian International Arbitration Center (MIAC). The workshop, which covered the rendering, form and content of an award, as well as costs, enforcement, and challenging of an award, was part of a capacity building effort to improve arbitration practices in the country.
