On October 30-31, CLDP conducted a workshop on strategic planning and project mapping with subnational government officials from Karnali Province. The workshop focused on stakeholder engagement and consensus-building, fact-finding, data collection, financial planning, and identification of policy, legal, environmental, and social barriers to project execution. The workshop's goal is to equip Karnali Province officials to identify next steps and the necessary policy changes for improved implementation of infrastructure projects in the country.
