From October 14-16, CLDP, in partnership with Georgetown University Law Center, conducted the Infrastructure Contracts Certificate Course. This was the fifth cohort to complete the course since the inaugural cohort in September 2023. The course is part of the Quad Infrastructure Fellowships Program to encourage sustainable infrastructure development and foster opportunities for foreign direct investment. Developed in collaboration with Georgetown University Law Center, the Certificate Course consists of seven virtual modules and in-person exercises comprising 120 hours of instruction on the drafting, financing, and negotiation of infrastructure contracts.
