Philippines: Port Concession Agreements Workshop

On September 12-13, in Manila, CLDP conducted a workshop on port concession agreements for the Philippines’ Department of Transportation and Public-Private Partnership Center. Participants reviewed and drafted key clauses of concession agreements. International experts provided recommendations on the implementation of an Executive Order. The program is part of CLDP’s ongoing efforts to better structure concession agreements to attract outside investment in port-related infrastructure projects.
