On May 18 and 19, CLDP organized a conference for public and private sector lawyers in cooperation with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration on the importance of international arbitration in attracting trade and investment. The conference focused on the role that an arbitration center can play in administering arbitration cases and streamlining the dispute resolution process for foreign and domestic enterprises. The conference featured local and international arbitration experts, including an expert from the American Arbitration Center, who shared their experience with effective arbitration institutions around the world.
